    Thank you so much, This video was very useful for me, I designed and made a simple H bridge circuit by using IRFZ series MOSFETS for my power electronics project in last year.For heatsink designing part I tried to find the various methods, but this method is simple and very smart.therefore I used this method to select the heat sink.It was success,I would like to thank again Dr. Martin Ordonez and Dr. Rouhollah Shafaei...

    It better conducts if a mosfet is attached to the heatsink without an isolation. You have to be careful about not connecting it to create a short. It is not advisable though especially in the hp.
