He moved to a far more cost effective location. Plus the new place let him build the space according to his desires/needs.

I don't know if this book is out of date, but I have read, The Bible as Read and Preached in the Old Synagogue : The Palestinian Triennial Cycle by Jacob Mann.
At times it was hard to wade through, but at others it was very fun, and seemed very informative in either case.
He drew the same or similar conclusion as you regarding the Babylonian readings in the South, and Triennial in the north. I apologize if South and north wasn't his division. It may have been a Jerusalem vs Galilee issue or another, but it coincides with your comment on Yeshua and Paul being on Triennial.
The reason I bring this up is he points out that the annual contained Psalm readings and the Triennial was the Torah and prophets only. In John 10 there is a derogatory (imo) comment by Yeshua regarding Psalm 82 where Yeshua says "your law" to the Jews. There's another comment later where it says "their law". In both cases the comments revolve around a Psalm. I don't point that out to say Yeshua didn't acknowledge the psalms but he does seem to distinguish some difference and it very well may be the synagogue readings and parashah, explanations, and not the writings.
Edit: hopefully this wasnt sidetracking too much. I just got excited as your the first person I've heard mention this outside of writings.

I have read and deeply studied Jacob Mann's work - I have his two volume set on my shelf (and on my desk at times). Thanks for joining and for your comments. Blessings

I think Isaiah is the greatest book of the Tanak. It gives so many hidden keys to Daniel and Revelation in the NT. And so much more. My personal opinion. 😊

God declared Israel His enemy long ago. Where is the proof they repented?
I think "The Moses Scroll" and "The Valediction of Moses" are the two most important books written in 2000 years. Next would be "The Origins of Judaism" by Jonatan Adler, proving most of the Hebrew Scripture from Genesis through Nehemiah is woefully lacking and much was invented myth = nothing more.

we should pray that Israel repents.
    Read Deut 28.
    Why are they cursed?

We should all pray that Christianity repents of its follies, and returns to YHWH, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, instead of the pagan trinity.

@@kurttillmann4714 Where in my post would you gather that I think Christians are blessed for being idolaters?
I mentioned Deut 28. They also failed that test, but sadly most of them bless themselves and say Torah doesn't apply to them.
