I'm on the move interstate - and stuck in traffic!
I've travelled to Adelaide in South Australia and was required to get 3 covid tests to safely enter the state. I visited a drive through testing site for my final test and was stuck in line for FOUR HOURS!
What better way to pass the time then to make a video for you. Here are some yoga moves you can do in your van while you're stuck in traffic.
