I love the fact you guys (and girls) never seem to over exaggerate anything, and you are more than willing to try and give a reasonable answer to anything that might happen - not just come to the conclusion that everything is paranormal activity. I'm a huge skeptic but your videos do contain some proper weird stuff, like DEMON on the mirror. Love the content, it's the right balance between serious, funny, being open to the possibility of the paranormal but with the right amount of skepticism that you need for these types of videos.
Also, I am a huge skeptic, but I have no bloody idea what that was that was right next to Jordan on the camera. Add to that the fact that the EMF was going off exactly where that was stood, and the face exactly where it would have been. Not gonna lie, that gave me the chills.

Creepiest bit was when that camera was picking up something stood right next to you and a face was spotted in the wardrobe behind you, right where the head would have been.
The most scary part was at the end of the video where Jordan said they were in “The bell hotel Thetford” my tv turned off for no reason and plunged me into darkness 😬

At 44:08 there’s a small noise, kind of squeak-like. I turned the volume up full and played it back several times but it’s pretty noticeable, and I don’t think it’s from any of your movements or any of you touching anything. Myah nearly killed me when she bolted up like that! It’s great to see the EMF go off basically all night, especially when the ouija board doesn’t give much back. For me the creepiest bit was the stick figures on the screen, that was great, and gotta love the Estes method which is always a favourite. Another brilliant video, thank you so much. I really love your location work and am always excited to see more. In three weeks my mates and I are staying at 30 East Drive and I’ve shown them your vid cos you and the guys have really inspired me with all of this, so I do hope you keep doing the paranormal stuff too cos it’s always great to watch. DUDEY, I don't know about the creepy/scariest moment, but i reckon This is the BEST EVIDENCE I've ever come across, the combination of the EMP & the Camera Tracker, Cross-referencing, is bang on mate, & for once i didn't feel scared watching this, i felt in Awe. it's a beautiful moment when you realise, there's some truth to it all.
Can't believe you never brought a spirit level on a ghost hunt! How else are you going to know if the ghosts standing upright. 🤣🤣

Here's a fun game, as the sender of the doll i can confirm she has no name. Furthermore I'm going to predict while writing this (prior to watching) that she has a little child attached to it. I heard footsteps both running and walking, with banging (no laughter) but unmistakable. Shed move as well I'm sure of it + shadows.
Let the game begin and see if any of this happens.

Is it me or when Bailey is under the bed and the knock happens the bathroom door is slightly open? You can see the light down the left side like it had just been opened. You couldn’t see this when myah was in the chair doing the Estes method but could see the light under the down? Maybe someone went in and forgot to close it but seems strange I only noticed it when the knock happened but quality content once again love it!
