The thing I like the best about this video is the guy who made it not only show us more of his impressive dalek collection, he also shows us how to PLAY WITH OUR DALEKS!!!! (My wife got quite a chuckle out of this video, too.) From scooping mutants, to pretending to use the sucker arm to turn control knobs on the lighted cabinet, or his personal favorite (mine too)--showing us how to shock the scooped mutants aka dalek style!!! Don't get me wrong, if I had this nice collection I'd be scooping and shocking mutants, too!!!
PS: One other thing, as an American, I just love to hear him say "MUTANT SCOOP" in his British accent! That's why we've got this video on a loop and this is why I checked the thumbs up.

Hey man, thanks for your awesome comment! I'm thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the video and got a kick out of the dalek shenanigans! It's always a blast to showcase the collection and share some creative ways to interact with these iconic figures😉
And hey, I'm stoked you appreciate the British touch aha 😀
Thanks for looping the video and joining in on the dalek fun dude! 😎👍

It would be cool if you had a bunch of cardboard Daleks at the same scale!

It would be nice for me to have some cardboard daleks, but the last thing this guy needs is cardboard Daleks. He seems to have a set of 4 or more daleks to correspond to each and every episode (such as "the chase" and "the dalek master plan" and "evil of the daleks"). Anytime he needs more daleks he can borrow some from another one of his sets. I'm sure he could have duplicated the assembly line full of daleks had he wanted to.

    Been really enjoying your videos!
Did you get the 3D printed emperor Dalek?
And do you local B&M have the sets in?
As none of mine do, I’ve even tried more major cities, I’m up north so that might be the problem.
Haven’t got the last sets either.

      Thanks so much for watching!
Yeah I picked up an emperor Dalek from Simon too it’s fantastic, probably be taking a look at that in the next video.
My local doesn’t always get them in and it seems that’s the case this time unfortunately.
There’s a few stores within driving distance from me though, so I’ve managed to get Dalek Set 12 and The Creation of the Daleks Set. I got the TARDIS from the B&M website last week when it was available for a order so just need a few Set 11’s now.
I’ll be going to check for some again today, I can have a look for you too if you wanted me to pick up some sets for you?

      @@SameSonicDifferentCase No problem!
What I’ve loved is you have had the same ideas as me!
With the extending manipulating arm, but I never knew what to use to make it happen!
And I really need to get those 3D printed parts, I never understood why character didn’t make these things years ago.
Can’t wait for the next video!
They look really well made the Emperors, I hope to get one and some replica sets!
That would be very much appreciated!
How much would you charge for the service?

@@kylethedalek Yeah the extending arm is brill, it looks great. I used some 5/32" (3.97mm) aluminium tubing from K&S and cut it up into sections the same lenth as the standard plunger arm then just put the plunger in the end.
The 3D printed attachments are pretty cool yeah, it’s nice to have some Daleks with different attachments other than plungers too.
The Emperor Dalek from Greens3D is just unreal, you’d honestly think it’s an officially released product it looks fantastic, I definitely recommend!
Unfortunately it was an unsuccessful B&M trip this time, but I’ll be going again next weekend.
I won’t charge you anything for the service cause I’ll be going for myself anyways.
It’ll just be the cost of the sets your after plus the postage to send them to you. I’ve got plenty of boxes and packaging already so that’ll be fine.
Just let me know which sets you’d be wanting and if they’ve got them in next time I go, I’ll grab them for you 😉

@@SameSonicDifferentCase It’s really just the Dalek and Davros sets in after, the new 3 packs I’m not really bothered about.
Do you think they might have any from the 1st half of the year left?
Like the supreme and invisible Dalek pack?
I’m looking at some tubing right now lol!
I wish they would make some all diecast Figures to be honest the daleks would suit it!
Or if character could make replicas of sonics 1:1 metal ones.
Is there any links to the the 3D printed attachments?
      Only found some on eBay.

I bought some 5/32" (3.97mm) aluminium tubing from K&S and cut it up into sections the same lenth as the standard plunger arm. Then i fitted the tube into the balljoint and put the standard sucker arm inside 😎

@@SameSonicDifferentCase I am in the process of trying this, but I'm having an issue. I bought an 8 piece set of telescopic tubing so I'd have a variety of different sizes. After I pulled the plastic plunger arm out of the ball joint, I was able to take the loose plunger arm and push it inside a piece of 5/32" tubing of a similar length. I will say that it is a very tight fit so I won't have to worry about the plastic plunger arm falling out of the Aluminum tubing.
Here's where I'm having the problem. When I try and take the other end of the aluminum tubing (the end opposite the plunger end) and place it inside the ball joint, I find the tubing to be too wide to fit inside the ball joint. I guess I could try and taper (bend) the end of the tubing inwards and make it fit, but I'm wondering if it would stay inside the ball joint. As a last resort, I could try a bit of goop or super glue, but I might not ever be able to switch arms again if it was glued in place. How did you get the 5/32" tubing to fit inside the ball joint? (I do have one other idea, but it adds to the complexity.)

Hey dude! What I usually do is place the end of a small paintbrush in the ball joint and leave it for a few hours to widen the opening. This method allows for a gradual expansion of the ball joint without the need for any physical alterations to the tubing.
Simply insert the paintbrush into the ball joint, applying gentle pressure, and let it sit for a few hours. This will widen the hole enough for the tubing to fit without compromising the structural integrity. Afterward, carefully remove the paintbrush and fit the tubing. The ball joint will close up around the tubing, holding it in place.
This method is pretty simple and reversible, with no major alterations. Good luck with your project, and I hope this helps! 🤘

What is the source of this photo @ 6:25 . There is no way it is from surviving clips or still shots from the actual tv series. (I mean it is a terrible mutant even for 60's TV! What's the chance a dalek would let a human get that close to one of their mutants? Zero %. Besides the daleks didn't let anyone know they were producing new daleks and they certainly weren't letting people watch them scoop them up, shock them, and put them in a pepper pot.) This photo seems to be either A) a first class cut and paste job OR B) someone who has a life-size dalek with a mutant scoop took this photo with a grungy mop head in the scoop or C) it's a between-the-scene photo made during the actual filming? I am curious ....

The first image (the black and white one) is an image from the actual scene.
The second image (the colour image) is a behind the scenes picture that was originally taken for a magazine www.theguardian.com/theobserver/2018/dec/15/observer-archive-the-daleks-18-december-1966
