Bro, I am also doing same when I visit my hometown in Rampur from Noida. Also, I beleive all the Avenger 220 owners facing same problem I.e. 1. Fuel gauge issue- In my bike when I am filling it full, now a days at long journey I am making bottle neck but still at first my fuel guage is not showing tank full, but after some ride it is having same issue as urs. 2. Side stand bolt issue - In my bike also that bolt us undersize but still working fine. 3. Oil change issue- As company claim to change oil at 10000 kms but u can see it can go maximum 7500 kms. You can feel the difference in ride from 7000 kms. 4. Gear shifting issue - As it goes neutral when in running many time. Got change directly 5 gear from 3 gear sometime. I told this problem to Bajaj they said it is okay. At hill it is very riskey when u are putting first gear but it goes to neutral. Can you suggest what we can do as company launches new model as BS6 but didn't improve these problems as I found lots of videos with above problem
