[Kyoto] Gourmet| Michelin one-star Tempura Kaiseki cuisine - Enyuan Kobayashi.

Arriving in Kyoto, I wanted to try authentic and delicate tempura cuisine. I found this restaurant, which has been open for less than two years and just received a one-star rating in the 2022 Kyoto Michelin Guide, called Enyuan Kobayashi.
There wasn't much information available online, but I decided to give it a try anyway. The food wasn't the most delicious I've ever had, but being able to sit at the bar with a Japanese-style garden view and watch the chef carefully prepare each piece of tempura was truly enjoyable.
The staff were very friendly towards foreigners and made a great effort to communicate and introduce themselves despite the language barrier. I also saw locals having business meetings and celebrating special occasions there.
Overall, it was a unique and elegant experience that I highly recommend to everyone.
