    I’m so glad you shared the green smoothies and salads. So many DS’rs say they can’t do them. I started about two weeks ago and it got my weight moving again. I haven’t tried putting fairlife or powder in. I drink two premiers lunch/ breakfast mixed with coffee then throw fruit and spinach in for a smoothie for an afternoon snack then Salad for dinner. Love the Olive Garden dressing along with Homeade ranch. I’m coming up to 12 weeks and have no issues with anything except pancakes and Mac and cheese.

    Premier Protein has a new peach flavored shake, and I love it. I tried their new Cookies and Cream flavor too, but the peach flavor is my favorite so far. I've always used their chocolate shakes, but this is a nice change. I eat just about the same as you, but I've hit another d____ stall. Thanks for sharing your meal planning with us.

    Used to love green smoothies myself and fruit would be good carbs rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Unfortunately, I dumped off a fruit smoothie of the green variety and it had strawberries in it. Never even thought of the sugar content of fruit (1/2 banana & 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries), who knew. I have always loved berries but now they make me think of dumping. In fact, it took me several months to do any kind of fruity smoothie. I have a strawberry-kiwi protein powder and it gathers dust in my cupboards. Very sad affair. Fortunately, I also have delightful protein powder flavors like cappuccino, caramel macchiato, chocolate and vanilla (I like variety) and they work quite nicely with kale & spinach so still have green smoothies which my boss says look like pond scum. You are doing great in the weight loss department. Harold has got to be pretty close to dead by now.
