Eh, I don't think she's rude to him all the time. OTOH, her treatment of him after the beginning of the misunderstanding, and her resorting to physical violence after she realized her misunderstanding are both major red flags IMO.

@@DesultoryMan we do not know what happens behind the scenes, the VAs could be the the issue or the editor, even both, but i'm pretty sure, the biggest problem is the rush. ^^'

@@ImpureIdeals Usually, that's Britain. "Rubbers" is slang for condoms across the pond. In the US, we just flat out say what they are.

Hello I actually did the voice work for this episode and we weren’t confined to just one take but we did have a limited amount of time to finish it so some of the voice lines might feel a little rushed in some areas but I did try my best.
If you want proof that I was the va for this video, my source is that I made it up.

At least Yuta was able to correct the whole misunderstanding with Sana about the rubber’s❤️ and now them 2 would eventually become a beautiful happy couple💙💖💍.

Why is it ok for women to abuse men? Seriously. It's not funny.
Someone who likes you doesn't physically assault you because she made a mistake, or for ANY REASON, for that matter. These are exactly the people you stay away from.
So a few constructive criticisms for the editor:
1: Should take out the parts where the VAs trip over their words, so that the lines appear more natural (unless of course there's a line where the characters are tripping over their words)
2. Gotta double check that you put the VAs voice lines with the right dialog. Saw a few times that the voice lines were mixed up with the dialog. Also gotta make sure your VAs know who's line they're reading, because I'm pretty sure that the male lead read one of the female lead's lines.
And this next constructive criticism isn't for the editor but rather the writer of the story.
Sana clearly showed signs that she wasn't a good potential girlfriend with the way that she treated Yu. Making him eat a few grains of rice and a couple pieces of sardines just because of a misunderstanding. Slapping him in the same place that he took a hit for her from that obnoxious suiter.
I know that it all falls in line with the usual stuff about the girl struggling to tell the dense guy she likes how she feels, that we see in other anime/manga series.
But even if my childhood friend disrespected me like that, especially in my own home, I'd kick her to the curb without thinking twice.
What I'm saying is it's not bad to have a female protag who struggles to confess her feelings to protag-kun. Just if you're gonna write her like that, then at least give her some redeeming qualities like.
Say Yu did get angry with Sana and kicked her out in the first scene we saw them at Yu's home, you could've had him look in the fridge to see what he could make dinner with, but then he sees a plate of curry neatly wrapped on one of the shelves with a note from Sana apologizing to Yu for how she was acting.
And instead of slapping him in the face and "reopening his wound" Maybe you could've wrote that she quickly pulled Yu in for a hug to apologize to him for allowing him to take the beating in her stead and from there you could lead into a confession.
Basically what I'm saying is don't let future female leads/protagonists be as toxic or abusive as Sana is in the future. Remember no one wants to be with a toxic partner in a relationship, so if you want your audience to root for the couple to get together then make sure that you give BOTH parties reasons and qualities that would make the audience say "YOU TWO ARE PERFECT FOR EACH OTHER, JUST GET TOGETHER ALREADY!"

they did none of these and yet over 90% of the comments are ignoring how abusive she was

you just noticed? literally all the manga channels do that, they steal the mangas from on another then talk about some bullshit like being 'original' the only channels I've seen with actually original manga are Etr-Chan Saw it, MangaNeko, Attack on Mika, Flag-chan and Sekai FUshi, 5 out of the 10 or so manga channels I watch

Seriously? A story where a boy liking an abusive girl. He should've told her all of what he's saying on his mind like the misunderstanding is all her fault using a cold and serious tone to scare her a bit. What he said on his mind was the correct response against her abusive behavior for misunderstanding him. I think that will put her in her place and maybe she'll feel guilt for what she did. I don't care if you are childhood friends and she'd done many things for you but MC should fight back for himself.
The way it turned out for them, he should of passed them out as lucky rubber bands and just passing the luck onto others.
