    You are very, very much simplifying what CMS happens to be .... and the CMS vendors you mentioned are hardly known in the marketplace such as Open Text. Shocking the lack of understanding of the CMS offerings.

      This is a 5-minute video aimed at beginners to understand the difference between the two types of systems. Have a deep breath, relax, and go find another type of content if you don't think this is in-depth enough.
