So heart warming. . Thank you
Each episode that I've seen of this series has been excellent--and this one was the best of the best.
Loretta has such a amazing. Personally!! And kind!!
My mom loved Loreeta Young, and I can see why from this episode!! The values presented here of love, forgiveness, cooperation, and understanding are in short supply today!! Love Loretta !!
I love this show Loretta was great in her gob
What a lovely and uplifting episode, thanks for sharing. :)
The actress who portrayed Donna was also a singer. She had a remarkable screen presence.
She passed away of cancer at the young age of 40.
What was so remarkable about Donna's screen presence? She looked pretty ordinary to me, with NO screen presence at all, except a loud mouth!!
@@chirelle.alanalooney8609 Have you ever had anything nice to say about Loretta's acting, any of her guests or the episodes themselves? It seems the only enjoyment you get from the show is picking it to pieces in the comment section. Constant negativity can't be healthy. Maybe it's time to switch programs.
Marlene Willis, 17 years old when this was filmed, plays the about to be married daughter. Maybe it's not evident here but she had beautiful eyes a fantastic figure and was an all around pretty girl. A good actress and a FANTASTIC singer, who for the most part had to record mush.@@chirelle.alanalooney8609
Marlene Willis (Donna) is my mom, thank you for the sweet words.
@@vanessablack5 You're welcome.

She actually got prettier with age.
Good one!!
Loretta is the best.
What a sweet story
Beautiful
they did not know about smoking and pregnancy those times - did they?? :) :) she was puffing away after just being told she is pregnant :) that was funny - but dont get me wrong - i am one of her many No 1s fan! I LOVE her and All HER Episodes!! :)
Exactly in this episode the Doctor who told her she was Pregnant even offered her a Cigarette n she took it....n I have noticed that in most of the different episodes in her show she always smokes(I've been watching them here cause I vaguely remember her show as a kid n always thought she was so Lovely so I'm enjoying watching them here again) . in Real life she was supposed to have been a smoker since a very young age...
Those kids🙄. I thought it was wonderful
Weren't they sweet...💕
Isn't it two faced that the daughter tells her perfect figure Mom to lose a few pounds before the wedding and yet there is dear old Dad with the big belly who will walk her down the aisle. AND IT IS STILL THAT WAY.
Actually, you're half right: nowadays, dear old Mom will often be a fat slob as well.
"I'm pregnant? Oh my!!" *lights a cigarette*
What? Smoking while pregnant? In old films and TV shows the main actors, including those playing doctors, smoked in the hospital. I have also seen characters in those films, that were pregnant drinking Champagne?
Wow! Lighting up a ciggie in the doctor's office. Newly pregnant. Wow.
HARRY LUBIN composed the LORETTA YOUNG theme song.....later,ONE STEP BEYOND and OUTER LIMITS. Who knew?
Pro Life!
