For those who cannot find their last fragment - The master training challenges have a much higher chances of giving you a ring compared to other chests in the open world. Do all the 3 master training challenges to find the last few rings. If not, there are precious chests in pretty random locations in the game. So your best bet would be filterting by previous and lux chests on the interactive map. Shrine of Depths rarely has these rings. On an average 1-2 rings are always found from the master training challenges.
The rings are randomized. You have to explore in order to get them. They aren’t found in specific places. It’s different for everyone. Just you just need to try and get to 100% exploration in every tribe
I swear I opened EVERY precious and luxurious chest in the map I ciuld find/google/or see on the interactive map. I've done many unnecesary quests just to end up with 2 from every kind of those rings.

this video is not necessarily fake but it is. these rings don’t have fixed locations. they are rare and random and you obtain them from low rarity chests, for example luxurious ones. these videos are very misinforming and it upsets me that creators spread it. as for the creator please look into something before posting, thanks.
