Okay so, I work at one of the stores in that mall. This is legit shit, the store I work at back in out receiving area we have a ghost that likes to mess with us, today we found out his name, Dan. It was clear as day in the vent up near the ceiling. No one could have done it because even if you get to the top of the stack you would still need a ladder to get to the vent. I've even had it say "hey" to me when I was in a part of the store I work in, no one was there cause we weren't even open yet. Creepy as hell.
