Same reason I run the skinny grips. I run the half waffles and love them. But I believe it's what you're used to. My father runs those big thick ODI style grips and is used to them. When he gets on the 450 or the banshee with the skinny half-waffles he says he doesn't like it at all.
Bro don’t worry when I started doing mx I would go 5 laps and my hands were shot I couldn’t hold on to the bars if someone nailed my hands to the bars 😂🤣it gets better keep rippin my brotha !!!🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
@@AirOnTheMove I still am doing things like that to help arm pump and fatigue every time I go to the track I see or notice something that could be improved
You know, Trevor really helped me out with refueling and kept me in the game. Should we start a petition for him to become the official pit crew leader for MOXC 😂
I was wearing palm protectors right before too compliments of Blake. They didn't feel right so last minute I took them off and I'm glad I did. I certainly wasn't used to them and had a feeling it wasn't the right time to introduce something new. Did you use the palm protectors for round 6?
Yeah I’ve been wearing them all season. I did decide to wear them round 6 I wore differently gloves and it turned out to be a good combination so no issues round 6
@@AirOnTheMove Interesting.... I'm not sure when I'll try to give the palm protectors another try. I've ridden all this time without them.. I have little reason to switch over. Glad to hear round 6 worked out better. What gloves did you run?
@@YerzengaPerformance after round 1 I ended up with bad blisters on my palms I knew I needed them. After I took them off round 5 I ended up with blisters so I definitely need them just had to find the right gloves to pair them with
Good rippin man, keep at it. those were some twisty tight turns in the woods!
Thanks I’m trying my best! Yeah the track slowed down in some parts of the woods
What grips you running man? That may make as big of a difference as gloves
Agree I ran the odi grips that were thicker and they seemed to make my hands worst because I switched to skinnier grips and it was way better
I’m running the thicker ODI grips sounds like I should switch to the skinnier and give those a try
I will give those a try I have the thicker ones I believe they are the rogue grips
@@AirOnTheMove yes sir! I’ve got the ruffian on all but one I’d mine n it has the thicker rogue n i don’t like that one as much

Looks like fun! I might try to make it out to the last race
Come on out man we would love to have you!
