very cool my friend you are definitely giving it a legit effort!!!... I noticed you stated you have NOT given the JMS to the soil 5x prior to planting! ... lol ... remember that is the single most important aspect of the JADAM protocol !!!... no worries I think your stuff will take off soon because here also its a very slow start to the season for whatever reason .... probably the fact we have not had any rain at all since the plants were planted!!... can you please point me to an exact specific video I should watch of Yannick because everything seems to be in the French language and I do not know what to watch... thank you for all your efforts my friend!!

Thanks, Nate! I'm a bit like you, throw myself in 110% when I'm learning something new... except obviously failing with the JMS - I overcooked it! 🤦‍♀I'll get it right and get it applied. And I will definitely do it properly next year, that's a promise!

Nice work, I've been doing a combination of both JADAM and electroculture since early spring ( Jadam since 2021)
Comments from my son yesterday " I've never seen so many birds in garden Dad"
Since adding electroculture , bees, birds and now frogs are abundant. I'm waiting for the dragon fly, then I'll be happy.

Where I live, the slugs were bad this year, and I too used Garden Like a Vikings slug killing solution which is a Jadam pesticide solution. The deer are doing much more damage than the slugs though. They ate all of my Okra, beans, Swiss chard and they are trying to get to my sweet potato vines. My garden is spread out over a ½ acre. I'm enclosing it with an 8' deer fence. When hunting season starts in September, I'll recoup my losses.

Dear are tricky. I've heard the Garden Viking say that predator pee around the perimeter can help deter them, but I've no direct experience of using it or if we'd even be able to buy it in the UK! Good luck with your fence!

Hi there, love the video. Now you’ve mentioned slugs. I had a major slug problem. Then I decided to build a garden pond that I could feed the fish on my huge slug population (the solution is in the problem). However, once the pond was built within six months, the slug problem disappeared I realise that I had attracted newts And frogs. (And no doubt lots of nocturnal mammals like voles and hedgehogs.) anyway, these predators ate the slugs and snails before I could get to them, and whilst we occasionally get a few slugs, they are tiny compared to the huge 10 cm plus monsters that would decimate young seedlings. I would highly recommend putting in a garden pond. Also you will attract dragonflies and damselflies the dragonflies in particular eat huge amount of mosquitoes. You will also attract birds that will come to drink from the pond and then eat the insects that you don’t want in your garden.
In nature wetlands are often the most productive areas so by copying nature, you will get the results you need. Furthermore, in the winter, you can clean out the bottom of your pond and the slabs that you remove from the bottom makes the most amazing fertiliser, especially if you have fish in the pond and depending on what type of fish and where you live. You can provide yourself with a source of protein which you know will be organic and unadulterated. You do not need to feed the fish at all. If the pond is balanced, the fish will get all the food they need from the natural cycle of growth within the pond I’m always amazed how few gardeners embrace the idea of a garden pond Water is the source of life. Go for it :-)

When I get land I will definitely create a pond and I certainly considered it here but the garden is too small to do it properly so I will have to stick to the slug dissolver solution for now!

I believe if you review the chapter on JMS you will find it is recommended for continuous use during the life of the plants. The dilution rate changes from full strength prior to planting to a much smaller dilution when plants are in the ground,. There is a lot of mixing and measuring, and I don't think anyone can learn the whole system overnight. I have used Garden like a Viking to help with measurements for garden scale vs big farm, and I also notice rainwater is so different from city water. I have been advised to go downtown and ask if they have recommendations for a filter to remove to chemicals for gardens. They do need that stuff when its in the waterlines under the street. Review and study Jadam, just as you are the electro culture. I think Youngsang Cho has encapsulated centuries of agricultural wisdom in that one small book.

I suspect that if you square the antenna height, that is how many square feet an antenna will cover.
    Example:
6 foot tall antenna should cover 36 square feet of space around it.
Not sure about my math though.
Could be Pi times double the antenna height.

Your particular latitude may affect results too.
There is a map that shows lines of magnetic fields for the whole planet.
    That too might affect results.
While electroculture can increase yields and nutrient density, you STILL have to augment your soil. Especially with minerals.
Use a beer trap for slugs.
Here is something to think about:
    Ever see a REAL flagpole?
If you look at the top, it has a ball on top of the pole.
    That ball attracts electrical energy.
Flag poles used to double as lightning rods.
We need to know the electrical harmonics for a given area then do the math to determine coil size and such to match that harmonic.
Of course every place is going to be different.

    • @Successfulgardendesign
      @Successfulgardendesign  Год назад +1

Yes, I should have said in the video that all the beds had what I usually do - a layer of manure covered in hay and woodchip. The electroculture and JADAM are extras. I will mention it in the next video... thanks.
Interesting about the flagpole - I will ask Yannick if knows about those. Do you have any info on electrical harmonics I could look into?

    • @crazysquirrel9425
      @crazysquirrel9425 Год назад +2

@@Successfulgardendesign Was thinking about electrical interference in radios. If there is something not 'harmonious' with how the circuits are 'harmonized' there one would get interference, hum, etc. The term harmonize is a bit of a misnomer. You are actually trying to 'tune the coil'. WHich harmonizes the coil with the induced magnetic field.
With inductors, which those antennas really are, the length of the wire, size of the wire, size and length of the coil all make a difference.
Look up 'Henrys' and Gauss'. Inductive reactance, and impedance.
The ball on top of flagpoles is supposed to have an extra 50 electrons per given area.
All the sites referring to those antennas use the Earth as a giant magnet. Presumably electrical currents run strongest near the magnetic lines of force. In a way, like layers in an onion with the Earth at the center.
As with any magnet, the lines of force are strongest at the poles. Hence my reference to your particular latitude.
Note: Large cities significantly alter the Earth's magnetic fields. They kind of bend or warp them depending on the city and it's layout.
Those antennas might work best if you used them out in the middle of nowhere and no trees, building, etc are around.
Tesla build his tower in a similar area.
Fun fact: Ships used a degaussing system to thwart magnetic mines. At least from what I read anyway.
The direction the ship was heading and the ship's latitude determined how much power they needed to alter or offset the ship's magnetism.
      Pretty interesting stuff.
I suspect that the closer you are to the Equator or South pole, the bigger the antenna needs to be.
For harmony, the Earth has it's own 'vibrational frequency'.
If you could determine that you could make a proper antenna that would work in harmony with the Earth's natural frequency.
      Schumann resonance
The base atmospheric electromagnetic resonant frequency of the Earth is 7.83 Hz.
Also look up Telluric current on Wikipedia.
Some say to wrap the dowel 7 times with 12ga wire and long wraps down the pole terminating in a 'tail'.
Top part can be the receptor.
Can be most any design but some may work better than others.
I wonder why none use an iron core or even plastic pvc as the dowel.
Note: the top of one I made, I made a big 'butterfly' or 'dragonfly' shape of sorts.
If I am going to have it at least I want it to have some kind of artsy look! lol
Won't know what effect it will have.
