What you guys might need is the logitech profiler. I downloaded that and installed it and my extreme 3d pro works like a charm in win 11. Haven't tried this method but the profiler works like a charm.
the logitech devices that show up right now are G HUB Virtual Keyboard, Gaming Virtual Keyboard, HID-Compliant Unifying Device (appears twice), Unifying USB receiver and USB Input Device.
i cannot find the "generic USB joystick" when I click browse my computer. its only the logic extreme 3d pro (HID) or HID- compliant game controller.

instead of selecting generic USB joystick i chose "HID-Compilant game controller" as others have mentioned and it worked for me, thx

I did everything right, I downloaded the Windows 10 file, yet the device doesn't appear in the devices tab, anywhere.
