What were the legendary perk cards sorry? I don’t think you mentioned them, thanks!
I love mine i always solo atlantic city runs and come out with tonns of ammo :D
not sure if it still the case but from what information i can gather the plasma flamer seems to be getting buffed by rifleman perks cards and not commando not sure why so i think you can even do more dmg then what you did here
The info you have is old, it used to be a riflemans weapon but they fixed that like a year or so ago.
Edit: So its a commando weapon now, same for the enclave flamer pistol, it used to be a gunslinger weapon aswell, but they also fixed that so now its a guerilla weapon.
So guerilla falls under commando?
I have a bloodied 25ffr 15r enclave flamer and it's an absolute beast of a weapon. It's probably my most used weapons next to a quad explosive railway.
Perfect, just made the pistol and rifle variant.
Is the enclave really THAT much better than the normal one? Cause its such a pain in the ass to get mods for.
Nah its not much better but its something like 15% better 🙂

No need for the reflex with the flamer, for commandos, ugh that grind was miserable…
I have an enclave rifle with reflex sight. I also have the enclave flamer mod. I was gonna put them together to make a groll. Are you saying there's a reason not to do that?
dudes got all 5 legendary perk point cards maxed out!!! wild. Im so far from that.. How many cards do you have to scrap to max 5 cards out?
Well it goes up by 50 perk points each time you rank a legendary perk card up :)
125 lvl for max 1 legendary card my god, only u need "time" for farm exp
I noticed your legendary perk charisma is fully ranked up however all over reddit, it is said this is a waste as it's the only one that doesn't share perk cards...Thoughts?
I dont share perk cards, i have sharing turned off in option, 99,9% on the FO76 reddit are newbies.

i found both severe and refined beta wave tuners today, are they worth installing over prime? i do run non vats. thx!
Prime deals the most damage, but also need the prime ammo so if you dont have alot of prime ammo for it and want to save flux i would use a beta turner for sure, it dosnt matter a whole lot if its the severe or refined 🙂

with no good legendary perks and this exacts modes how much it cost? like 10k caps?
It can cost up to 30K caps.

You should definitely make a video about how to survive without vampire effect on weapons like this or the chainsaw (and a lot more) you said once you know how to make your build you will survive without vampire but I can't stay alive at all
All of my videos kinds shows how to survive with any bloodied builds and weapons.
A video focus on that could help a lot of people

Imagine being erased from existence in just seconds. Earl Williams is scared of that overpowered Enclave Plasma flamethrower.
I don't understand how people say they destroy him, everytime I do it we are 5-6 people most of us are sneaking and it we finish with 30 sec left before we fail
@@nightcore_nidus4633 most effective boss killers are still having 5 syringers on you that weakens enemies DR by alot, yes they stack and you can shoot with all 5 syringers by you self, then hit the bosses Earle/SBQ/GMR with balistic/physical damage and watch them die in matter of seconds 🙈
Edit: Syringers only stacks if you shot with different syringer weapons, shooting the target with the same syringer will not stack, so that is why i suggest having 5 endanger syringer with you and hit the boss once with all 5 syringers and then you have around 70seconds where they have next to none DR resistance and you should be able to kill the world bosses within that time if you use physical damage weapons 🙂👌
Is the gunsmith preferred over science cards and why so?
No science is better for energy weapons. That's my opinion get a bit more damage
You want all commando cards max and preferably the 3 cards maxed in Science also but the damage buff is just on the base damage of the gun so when bloodied low health Nerd rage and Adrenalin are more than enough with just the commando cards with this flamer. If you are full health you would prob need the 3 cards of science maxed as well
Copy paste from other that has asked the same question over and over and over again.
Science perk cards only gives 10% damage each from the weapons base damage, meaning if you strip down and have 0 armor, 0 mutations, 0 buffs, 0 perk cards, just 0 of everything and look at the weapons damage, that is what science perk cards adds 10% damage to, so next to nothing.
Science perk cards dont add anything to other perk cards, and other perk cards dosnt gain anything from science perk cards.
Totalt waste of 6 points.
Science perk cards dosnt even give any bonus to buffs, mutations or anything, they are their own seperated pool.
