    Glass Chat Written Recipe With Directions
    Ingredients For Imli Chutney:
    -Tamarind (imli) 100 g soaked in 1 glass water
    -Jaggery (gurh) 3 tbs crushed
    -Sugar (cheeni) 3 tbs
    -Cooking oil 2 tbs
    -Cumin seeds (zeera) ½ tsp
    -Fennel seeds (sonf) 1 tsp
    -Red chili flakes (adh khuti lal mirch) ½ tsp
    -Ginger powder (Saunth powder/adrak powder) ½ tsp
    -Black salt (kala namak) ¼ tsp
    -Red chili (lal mirch) powder ½ tsp
    -Salt (namak) ¼ tsp or to taste
    Ingredients For Green Chutney:
    -Fresh mint (podina)
    -Fresh coriander (dhania)
    -Ginger (adrak) 1-inch piece
    -Garlic (lehsan) cloves 5
    -Green chilies (hari mirch) 5
    -Onion (piyaz)
    -Cumin seeds (zeera) ½ tsp
    -Black salt (kala namak) ¼ tsp
    -Chat masala ½ tsp
    -Lemon (nimbu) juice 1
    -Ice cubes
    -Water (Pani)
    Ingredients For Chat:
    -Imli ki chutney
    -Green chutney
    -Yogurt (dahi) without water
    -Black Chickpeas (kala chana) boiled
    -Chick Peas ( safaid chana) boiled
    -Tomato (tamatar) chopped
    -Green chilies (hari mirch) chopped
    -Onions (piyaz) chopped
    -Cucumber (kheera) chopped
    -Boondi (soaked in water)
    -Potato (Alu) boiled (cut it into cubes)
    Directions:
    -In a blender, add tamarind with water and blend well to make a smooth paste.
    -In a pan, add this paste on medium flame and bring it to a boil.
    -Add jaggery and sugar. Mix well and cook it for 2-3 mins.
    -In another pan, add cooking oil and heat it.
    -Add cumin seeds and roast them. Add fennel seeds and prepare imli mixture.
    -Add red chili flakes, ginger powder, black salt, red chili powder, and salt. Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens. Imli Chutney is ready.
    -For green chutney, in a blender, add fresh mint, fresh coriander, ginger, garlic, green chilies, onion, cumin seeds, black salt, chat masala, lemon, ice cubes, and water. Blend well and the green chutney is ready.
    -Take a glass, add chickpeas, boondi, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, green chilies, potatoes, and black chickpeas. Press it from the top.
    -Add imli chutney, chat masala, green chutney, and yogurt. Sprinkle red chili powder and black salt (optional). Add chopped tomatoes on top (or fruit of your choice). Pour imli chutney. Similarly make others.
    -Serve and Enjoy!
    Tips and Tricks:
    -You can store this chat in an airtight container for 8-10 days in the refrigerator.
