Another way to solve this question is by first calculating the area of the larger triangle and then finding the area of the shorter triangle. Deduct the area of the shorter triangle from the area of the larger triangle

there is another formula to find area if we are only given three sides , no angle:
√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
where s=a+b+c/2
