Baklava with pistachio

This is a traditional albanian baklava. I have used pistachio instead of walnuts for the filling.
Ingredients:
1 kg flour
pinch of salt
50 ml oil
5 eggs
room temperature water
500 gr melted butter
500 gr chopped pistachios
corn starch
For the syrup:
2 kg sugar
2 l water
some lemon slices
