    They can be practiced as scales in Sevcik and Carl Flesch.

      You are correct, everything can be practiced on scales, on any scales.

    Having difficulty sounding the double harmonics in Bazzini's Ronde. Any tips from those who made it?

    liked the explanation but in the original there's no artificial harmonic involved. in fact the only written explanations in the manuscript are:
    play on the fingerboard
    play on the 3rd and 4th string (not on the fingerboard)

      Yes, the harmonics is a Russian add-on. It appears in the Russian editions but very few people attempt doing them.
