i dont know whats the condition to win this dirft competition, im just so amazed with how those 2 driver can drift so close to each other without crashing
Thats called tandem and it requires alot of skills
there's a chaser and a leader in a tandem battle, the chaser need to be as close to the lead as possible in order to get alot of point, and the leader need to be as far as possible from the chaser to win

@@user-rc5mw3jd6f yeah just mislead quite a lot of people right there lol. Lead is supposed to demonstrate a perfect run, both speed and hitting zones. Chase is supposed to mimic angle while being as close as possible

Duane McKeever is such an aggressive drifter. Seen him in real life. The speed he can carry through drifts is literally incomprehensible. Insanely talented driver
He is why I love Drift Masters over FD because FD doesn’t have as much aggressive drifters

In my opinion Duane's follow runs are sloppy and his lead runs he holds much less angle than others thats why he seems faster.

Why don’t I see any Japanese drifters? And how do u score it? I’m new to the sport just starting to use it
The competitors aim to complete a pre-defined course (as laid out by the nominated judges) while sticking as closely to the judged criteria as possible, earning points for their proximity to the clipping points, their speed throughout the course and, most importantly, the amount of style with which they do so. Slow drifting with a lack of commitment will get marked down, while fast, intense drifting will rack up the points!

DMEC stands for Drift Masters European Championship, they are European drivers. Drift started in Japan but now there are championships all over the world!

What's the goal of this sport? How do you know someone is winning?
The lead driver needs to do a good run with speed lines decel zones initiation angle and many more while the chase driver needs to be as close as possible and needs to imitate the leads drivers run as best as he can. And a lot more things you need to love and understand the sport to appreciate it.
