I’m a lifelong Penn State diehard, I’m gonna be at the game and as much as I want to see an upset (?), Michigan is gonna be coming into State College pissed off about the sign stealing débâcle. That said, home field advantage will definitely be a factor and that will somewhat help Penn State, I think they will cover and I would bet the under. Michigan 23-20
I’m a Bama fan and I think they will struggle against UK. It’s a classic trap game. If I were betting I’d take UK +11. Kentucky is pretty stout, I’ll take a win regardless of points.
As a Utah Man I completely agree with your assessment about losing to Washington. Had our team been healthy instead of needing medical redshirts for starters from last year it would've been a great game. Washington looks like USC where they lack a defense, but I think their offense is way better than USC's. The beating won't be as bad as it was against Oregon, but it'll still be a beating.
Jalen is very likable and easy to root for. I was concerned at the beginning of the season whether he was ready, but his decision making is much better and quicker and they are starting to look good. The play calling and shotgun snaps are also better. Which helps a lot. Three games to keep sharpening might be enough to get it done. They have four titles under Saban one loss, so it isn't over.

Michigan should be viewed as innocent until proven guilty. They shouldn’t be banned from the CFP. Second thought: I’ve always been of the opinion that you could tell a defense what the play is, if the offense executes their play, they will be successful.

Won’t happen. The CFP definitely won’t let two 1 loss SEC teams in the playoffs and they might not even let one in if Alabama beats an undefeated UGA. They keep ranking both Texas AND Oregon over Alabama meaning unless one or both of those teams lose again it’s either UGA or nobody for the SEC this year. That’s a bad joke considering the Tide’s resume but when has the committee ever made any sense?
