Im glad i looked at your page. i have a low mile( 67k) 1998 buick regal gs l67 supercharged. it started losing boost a month ago and when i was done cleaning the maf, checking for vacuum leaks i looked and noticed oil starting to form under the s/c and i was a quart low so im looking at taking this car in as i dont have the time to do it myself and i need the car back on the road. the coolant was flushed about 2k miles ago. the cars about 9/10 as far as condition and i think its worth it to fix. Thanks. healthy these are great motors 6.5 lbs of boost or so more than enough to get on expressways and down parkways here in nyc.

Getting ready to do my 2003 Ultra 143,000 miles. Not many videos on top end supercharged 3800. Do you have any more videos on the tear down? So much junk everywhere on the Park Avenue. Thanks!

Yeah I’m working on one of these engines that’s in a fiero. There’s a intercooler core in between the super charger and intake so I’m gonna need two gaskets instead of one. The engine starts then dies with the maf plugged in. If I unplug it it runs fine. So far the cam, crank, fuel pump and filter and IAC valve has been replaced. I replaced the imc harness. I connected a maf sensor from another car. But does the same thing. I have a scan gauged hooked up and checking maf sensor hertz. Looks like it’s gonna need another maf sensor.

11.4.17. Your correct on owners not servicing the coolant system, the 5yr/150k mile interval is an unrealistic ideal!........Did you replace the L.I.M. Gaskets with the metal framed ones?......Good video. 👌🏽

How can I tell if it's the lower intake gaskets leaking coolant or if it's a head gasket leak the leaks on the driver side back side of the motor 3.8 L supercharged Buick regal

what kind of gasket maker do you use when you put the supercharger back on? or do you just use the gasket by itself?
