this game and soundtrack truly means a lot to me. I only played for the first time around 5 years ago but it was during a very memorable time for me. Seeing and listening to this game will always make me both nostalgic and content yet sad
Not sure you know but you can speed up (twice as fast) the repairing of the tractor and a bunch of other skill leveling stuff by tapping A hella fast ( or whatever the action button is). On the road to watching 3hrs of this beast
just got done with this game a week ago. and I didn't realize till halfway through the game that u could call to get a location of an npc...so I spent forever trying to track down some
My strategy with this game was when any of my Needs stopped me from talking to people, I would do Skill stuff until I peed myself, then go right on doing the Skill thing until I passed out. The character would outright refuse to do things if many Needs were in the red, but it's way more lenient than Urbz
I might give this speedrun a shot. I'll let you know any strats I figure out. Also, this game is is somehow way better than the actual console version lol.
@@miruharabae I started learning it about a year ago now but never did a run, whenever I decide to get back into speedrunning Urbz will be one I will look into running. Actually had a plan to do a "Trilogy" run of all 3 GBA sims games, back to back.
All I can say is that fckin weightlifting and pizza pandemonium was the most difficult minigames i have ever played, I truly enjoyed the fishing game tho

hey dude, did you know that you can also save some time thanks to the ninja ? when you're buying stuff from him near the mansion you can wait beside him for midnight to pass and then his inventory get refreshed, you can save some time and money this way
Hey dude, awesome speedrun! I speedrun sm64, and I was recently looking for a classic handheld game to speedrun. This game was the first that popped into my head, so im considering speedrunning it as well! looking forward to the next pb :)
If you're referring to the household items being 'Invisible' then no. Giuseppi (The robber) stole the items but you catch him. After the mission the items all get returned.
We need a lot of money for the run so it's faster to sell all of it, otherwise we'd have to do more jobs which is slow. We use the furniture in Uncle Hayseed's House to restore needs anyway.

Just a thought, Sims literally told you how to look after your mental health as a kid. Love it.

It is, and it's handheld, i love it.
I actually love the GBA versions than the console / PC ones. It has a certain charm that I love.
I also prefer the GBA versions over console/pc, probably in the minority here lol

Naturally, but this game laid the foundation that those were built upon, and this game is still very good.

You need to have the mission "Experience the Paranormal" active, and have your Mechanical skill at level 3 or above to open the locked gate.
