Whoever this may help... Loving someone that is completely wrong is going to hurt... But you can't help who you fall in love with.. Sometimes it's best to let them go because if they come back then they truly love you. And if it is meant to be it will be. I wouldn't mess with faith... One of the few things I’ve seen posted that is 100% absolutely without a doubt true. It’s been 14 years and it’s not the slightest bit easier today than the day she walked away. If it was someone that you loved more than anything else you will never find a way to fill that void and will always wish you could rewind. At best you may find ways to think of them a little less while with another but in the end you never forget what you once had but never will again except in your dreams which sadly I’m thankful to atleast have that until the alarm goes off. I just LOVE this!!! It's been said that we really only fall in love with three people in our lifetime. Yet, it's said that we need each of these loves for a different reason. Often our first is when we are young, high school even. It's the idealistic love; the one that seems like the fairytales we are all read as children. It's a love that looks right. The second is supposed to be our hard love; the one that teaches us lessons about who we are and how we often want or need to be loved. Sometimes it's unhealthy, unbalanced or narcissistic even. It's the love that we wished was right. And the third is the love we never see coming. The one that usually comes dressed as all wrong for us and that destroys any lingering ideals we clung to about what love is supposed to be. It's the love that just feels right. This song hit me hard today and I did sent it to my ex. We were together for 17 yrs. Married 11 yrs. I never in my wildest dreams thought he would walk out on me. Not for another woman. Not bc he got her pregnant. We have been trying for years. I finally excepted that I had to much damage to my ovaries and that we could never have kids. Then after my 36th birthday he told me he didnt love me anymore.. devastated searching for answers it hit me she was pregnant. U ask the right question u get the right answers. One of the few things I’ve seen posted that is 100% absolutely without a doubt true. It’s been 14 years and it’s not the slightest bit easier today than the day she walked away. If it was someone that you loved more than anything else you will never find a way to fill that void and will always wish you could rewind. At best you may find ways to think of them a little less while with another but in the end you never forget what you once had but never will again except in your dreams which sadly I’m thankful to atleast have that until the alarm goes off. This song hit me hard today and I did sent it to my ex. We were together for 17 yrs. Married 11 yrs. I never in my wildest dreams thought he would walk out on me. Not for another woman. Not bc he got her pregnant. We have been trying for years. I finally excepted that I had to much damage to my ovaries and that we could never have kids. Then after my 36th birthday he told me he didnt love me anymore.. devastated searching for answers it hit me she was pregnant. U ask the right question u get the right answers. He left end of Oct 2019. I cry almost every day. He hurt me. I let my walls done completely give myself to a man, cherished him, loved him, gave him everything he wanted.. now I sit here with a broken heart, my mind overtaking my emotions, and my soul shattered. Picking up the pieces these last few months have been extremely hard. I wasnt enough.
This happened to me…my first love left me and our two boys after 10 years. It ripped my heart out. It was over in six weeks. He didn’t come see the boys or send child support, nothin’…I cried myself to sleep every night for about 3 months. Then, my feelings started going the other way, I began to get angry. Got over him. His best friend, who was a bachelor, started coming’ around. My ex had dropped him, too. Just started a new life, new wife, new friends. Then, we started to have feelings. He rescued me and is still the love of my life 39 years later. Oh, a year after he left, my ex came to my work, wanted to speak to me. After we went to a private place, he put his arms around me and started crying in my neck. He was broken, said he was wrong about everything and I was right. We had the real thing and he wanted to comeback home. But, I couldn’t…I wasn’t in love with him, anymore. I cried all night over that…all that pain…for nothing…he still wasn’t happy. Poor man. Went to his funeral last year. His mom and I got to talk a lot. She still calls me her little daughter. She told me that he went to his grave loving me. My heart broke again, for him.

Me and my kids dad met at 16 spent 14 years together. We have 6 kids together. We would have been together 18 years but we broke up 4 years back. I left him bc I felt that's what was best. We stopped talking to each other. We just raised our kids together. And I felt that he deserved something more then what I could give. We was so unhappy but stayed together for years for our kids. Until one day I left with my kids and never went back. The relationship he's in now is perfect. And it's not fair that she gets the better half of him when we spent 14 years of our life together and 6 kids later. It hurts to know that he is a totally different man now and I wish we both realized where we went wrong in our relationship. I never should have left him. Now I been battling addiction for the last 4 years. And all I want is to hug my kids dad. We promised we never would leave each other but I did. I'd give anything to take it back

i gave this girl my life pretty much. I gave her everything. I've now known her for three years now and I love her so much right now. He told me she didn't care about me and is now loving some other guy. This past month I have been so depressed and I've honestly thought of suicide a couple times. I act like I'm OK but in reality I can't bare to even think of her without getting emotinaly unstable. Everyday I wait to see if she'll ever be mine again, but I think that's to late.
