1st this problem create for 9watt MCPCB fault 1st change the MCPCB if your problem not solved then change the 50v 2.2uf/3.3uf/4.7uf/10uf small capacitor then check the output voltage 80-120 volt is suitable for 9watt MCPCB when your problem is not slove it means the drive is is faulty then change a 9watt driver price 10 rupees 😊 try once good luck 🤞
