Bruno is an artist. Absolutely flawless technique. Thanks for sharing!
Good tips as usual. I hope the instructional has better sound quality than this video though.

Seat Up Guard ? huge honor for mi
I have been working on this technique for a couple weeks now and there is a flaw in the beginning of it that maybe someone can help me with. Bernardo is doing a de la riva hook, but the people where I train are putting their foot on my hip instead to keep me away. Notice Bruno's hip is exposed so that Bernardo can put his left foot on bruno's hip and push him away if he wanted. I need to block my hip. Any suggestions? Otherwise, this is a good guard pass because you can actually go past someone's guard 3 different ways: the knee slice as Bruno showed, the backstep around Bernardo's left leg, or tighten your legs around Bernardo's right leg and start circling around that way. It's also easy to trick your opponent into thinking you're passing one way and they will turn their body's in that direction to block you, which you can then switch to the opposite way using one of the above mentioned methods. I'm just saying I am really liking this guard pass, it's working for me, but the foot on the hip from my training partner is a problem.
From the thumbnail I thought it was Mike Perry at first. I thought the world had gone topsy-turvy.
