My plot is 30*60. South facing 30' wide. I need to make wide entrance for car parking. Obviously it can't be fit in grihakshat pad. So what is the solution? Plz help. Making a separate small gate in grihakshat pad can be a solution or not?
If the plot is a southwest plot but the home is vastu complaint everything perfect but the plot front iS southwest and back is northeast and main entrance somewhat coming in southwest and some in sout according to plot vastu. What should be the degree of south facing gate
I have my flat door with 95% portion in Griakshat and remaining (when measured with true north of the map) although if we consider the plot as cardinally there is very small portion coming in yama pada (5%). Is it a matter of worry. Since it is a flat, we cannot make structural changes.

1. In builder floor should we consider balcony area also while calculating 9 part.
2. What if the entrance is situated between 4th and 5th part of the south direction
The effects of entrance in different grids is explained in detail in the video , please see it carefully. Regarding , whether a portion like balcony is to be consider while plotting grid then the answer is , it’s decided by studying the complete layout plan

@@Dream-rh5qi it can only be recommended after plotting directions on the plot to see what degree is North tilted . Also surrounding environment should also be seen

The video is really informative. I have one query related to main entrance/door. For a south facing apartment, if the main door opens towards inside in anti-clockwise manner is it fine from vaastu perspective or should it open inside in clockwise manner only. Please help to clarify.

Though the plot is south facing having ,but each floor entry gate is east facing. What precaution shud I take while purchasing a floor there in? Regards
The Main Door of the Flat should be in the auspicious grid , all the components in the Flat like Toilet/Bedroom/Kitchen/Store etc should be as per vastu . The OverHead Tank & Drainage should follow vastu rules, Plot should not be in the T junction or Road hitting the plot.

I have one query . If I keep my main gate of the plot in South facing and main door of the house in East facing is this ok?? South side of the plot I have 15ft wide main road and East side of the plot I have 10ft wide road.
Main Entrance is from where we enter house thus you can make your Door in East . Make sure it’s in the proper grid in the east zone . See my video on Main entrance to know best grid for east . I share link in the subsequent reply

Sir i have to decide between two plots both are facing between east and southeast direction.
One is corner lot having north east part extended outwards looks like shermukh but extended part is northeast.
Other plot is perfect rectangular , its having same facing little bit east and south east now i am confused which one should i consider. I already signed contract for the rectangular one but still is dilemma if that plot is good for me or the corner one is will be more favorable.
I have tula rashi and nakstra is vishaka and my husband's Nakshatra is punarvasu and rashi gemini.

My flat's main door facing is at 165 degrees South (as it shows in compass), which seems to be south of south-east direction. However, as per the flat layout, the main door position is at south-west corner. Then what should be considered as flat's facing and based on main door position is it a defect ? Please advise.

Main entrance के लिए घर को पहले 9x9!grid में divide किया जाता है । फिर देखा जाता है कि एंट्रन्स शुभ ग्रिड में है या नहीं . बिना ग्रिड के बताना सम्भव नहीं है
Sir car parking ke liye alag gate SOUTH EAST me laga ke ..grihakshat wali position pe small gate laga le. Jo hum maximum apne ghar ki entry ke liye use karenge.

Back is 90.22
Aida sahi rahega? Aur lobby ki entrance bhi grihakshat wale zone me hi bna le.

आपका plot तो बहुत ही irregular shape का है । आगे से छोटा और पीछे से बड़ा । ये वास्तु अनुकूल नहीं है । पहले इसको ध्यान में रखकर नक़्शा बनाएँ । जहां तक entrance के बात है । जितने फिर entrance है सभी का प्रभाव पड़ता है अतः सभी वास्तु अनुसार ग्रिड में हो तो उत्तम है

@@aggarwalbiker4274 SW में septic tank है तो आप वहाँ septic tank के ऊपर ज़मीन के अंदर चार energised pyramids लगाएँ. उस ज़मीन पर बड़े गमलों में बड़े plants रखें . उससे वास्तु दोष दूर हो जाता है .
