iam not a heavy social media user ,i check once in an hour scroll some reels , watch some videos , some crypto trading stuff and my business works . for me easily it remains at 30-35 % when i plugin in my car charging at 7pm evening after the office . @@darina91
and if i go on aholiday kind of stuff i use camera , so it lasts 6-7 hrs on a full battery . @@darina91
@@darina91 if i use camera, googlemap, social media quite active (without gaming and stuffs), it consumed my battery about 55-60% within 24 hours. Anyway, my phone is S23+

Finally, Samsung has understood aesthetics like Apple does! I hope Samsung won't change this design where the flashlight is adjacent near the top camera. It looks cleaner and symmetrical. Tech companies need to realize that phone design is also as important as specs.

Not really. I had an S10+ for 4 years and it was nowhere nearly as seamless with my MacBook Pro and iMac, not to mention the recently acquired Airpods Pro 2 and Apple Watch.
S23 has everything you want in a compact format. You can't go wrong with this phone. S23 256Gb is the best option.
S23 has super fast charging, better battery life, 120hz, decent camera, good chipset, 4-5yrs software update. And CHEAPER now. At the end of the day, It depends on someone daily use. Iphone 15 batt is 3k to3300mAh. 60hz and usb type C for 2023?🤣 I rather go for iphone 14 pro/max or 15 pro/max. If you truly value your money
Just bought a cool S23 256gb , 2 yr contract 625,- incl Pro Ears😅 So less than 500,- for superfast 120hz phone with usb-c. Yes the 'amazing' usb-c that is 😉

I have had an iPhone for over 6 years now and own a iPad and MacBook Pro however I am considering going to switch to the Samsung s23 because it just offers better quality for the camera & battery life those two are very important to me as for the iPhone the life expectancy for the phone is lower than Samsung

I can't get over that "dynamic island" garbage. As soon as Apple improves that screen cut out and introduce a fingerprint scanner, I may give iPhone a try. I always get the biggest phones so thankfully the Pro Maxes have 120hz.

@@k-doggy1762 What even is the dynamic island? Is it a similar thing to Samsungs edge feature that samsung has had for a few years? Only difference is that Samsung's isnt exactly blocking a chunk of the top screen.
I prefer the fingerprint scanner. Don’t care for the Face ID.

Can you do camera test on Iphone 15?
60 Hz is not acceptable and too in that price range. 90 Hz is bare minimum. IOS is smooth no doubt. But once you get used to 90,120 Hz panel 60 Hz feels jittery. It is unpleasant to use. I know many people dont care about this. It's fine. But if you are coming from higher refresh rate mobile than you will feel the difference. Speaking form personal experience with iphone 14.

23 is a nice number. It's a prime number.
15 is a nicely divisivle number. Can be devided by 1, 3, 5, 15.
I am waiting for the s24, because this can be divided by 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24.

The 60hz is the biggest let down....
I completely agree with the 120hz does drain battery on the s23 just regular social media scrolling web browsing and movies and shows podcast music and my phone wouldn’t last a whole day completely loved my Samsung s23 amazing phone I can’t speak for other s23 owners experience maybe I got faulty phone or something I’m currently using the iPhone 15 and I miss my s23 but I do have a Samsung tablet so it’s ok I guess

How’s the shutter lag and camera app launch speed? I like taking fast pictures.
Using both s23 and iphone 14. Camera app launch is similar until the pictures are taken. Samsung has the classic shutter lag, and is not able to click moving subjects properly, but iphone has nearly no shutter lag.
You can customise the default shutter speed with camera assistant and then it's like iphone
@@wheely4405no, it's not. Once you activated it, it gets better, but not even close to iPhone no lag shutter speed.
On the Samsung just hold the shutter button and pull finger up it will shoot 100 photos in 2-3 seconds

S23 gives you more for you money and also 5 years support
Samsungs and Iphones can both last years now, i know that from experience. Coming from s20, that phone can still push me another 2 years but i got an S23 now. If you like iphone, so be it, but if you like the vast freedom of android and their customization, get a Samsung. I wouldnt want to be locked into some apple ecosystem for many years. iphone MAY release software updates longer than samsung, but that doesnt stop the fact that the updates will destroy your iphones battery and performance over time, so its worthlesss, so its best to upgrade your phone every 2-4 years. In that case, a samsung or iphone would be just fine for 2-4 years, but definitely go for samsung if you want to enjoy your phone more.

S22 Overall stand out but iphone 15 simplistic design and colour got me, will wait for 16 series.
The only reason the S23 can look decent now is because they've pretty much copied the silhouette and outline of the iPhone. Just rearranging their cameras differently. Just look at their Ultra, butt ugly square box that has no sleek lines at all.
That said, the iPhone is still the better looking one, bar none. :)

iphone went back to their iphone 5 design thats bricky and uncomfortable to hold, especially a PLUS model. Sadly, it seems like samsung is slightly following them along with the S24 by making a flat titanium border.

I mean if you want to buy the small one and you use too much space, a solution would be to transfer your phone's pics/videos to your pc after a while, and delete the big files and videos from the phone (they will be on the pc). Thats also important for having a back up in case sth wroong happens with your phone. And it can also help you delete many items that you would like them not to get lost permanently, but you dont need them to be on you phone necessarily either...
Differently, lets hope the S24 will have a 512 GB version...
Ive only owned 1 iphone back in 2013 and will nvr get another one ever, team android/samsung for life. Apple has been copying samsung widgets for a min now i mean it has no choice. Its LAYOUT is BORING.

Samsung have let us down again on S23 because of no SD card slot and no 3.5 mm jack port that is very disappointing. Samsung s series are the best phones but Samsung needs to bring back these 2 features back.
Nah I don't want headphone jack anymore. Wireless is much better now. And SD is not that much require if the base memory is 128gb or above now as we have cloud storage.

Those will never come back because headphones are wireless now. Getting an SD card does not make sense when phones are coming out with high storage. Those features in the past will never come back.

You probably haven't used it my man. Android, Samsung in particular has gotten much better with social media. Not at the iPhone level but much better than before. Sometimes you can't tell the difference between Samsung's and iPhone's posts.

That's always been a social media problem, not a camera phone problem. If you're selling the photos that should be the selling point.
do your research. if you take a photo in the dedicated camera app and then you upload it, the quality stays the same.
