More info on the qualifier cards, Kanan was the qualifier card around the world for 2003. Select stores like Toys R us hosted duel events and the winners got Kanan. Sometimes only 1 person showed up so they got it lol. In 2004 Sengenjin AE403 was the qualifier card in Japan. The EN403 has about 38,000 prints and was given to anyone and everyone at toys R us qualifier events across the US. HOWEVER, Kanan was given to the winners of these events as well this year in the US… strange but technically making it the qualifier card for the US this year as well… 🤷‍♂️
Firewing Pegasus AE503 is the same story as Sengenjin AE403, but there was no mass EN printing like the year before making the artwork more exclusive. Counts for all Asian English cards are below:
    Kanan: 1500-2000
    Sengenjin: 1500
    Firewing Pegasus: 1500
I’m not sure if people around the world who qualified in 2005 received Firewing Pegasus, it is a Japanese card and might have been just like Sengenjin where only competitors in Japan at the event got it.

Definitely those are truly exotic cards, I really want to see at least an HD picture of the real card of King of Destruction Xexex. I would like Konami reprint those cards with the "replica" tag on it or something similar they did with Firewing Pegasus, Sengenjin, etc. which were released on products like Premium Pack.

There is a highly probability the winner of the 2005 (that received Xexex) sold both of them at the same person in his original country, or he is the man behind the cardmarket account that has a listing for the two cards

I believe Prize Cards are a unique and chaseable piece of history for collectors but also for the players themselves. Though I believe Yugioh should go ahead and award Cash Prizes to the players that top their highest tournaments along with the prize cards. At first it would not make some of the players be in need to sell their prize card for cash. But secondly it would make players be able to pay back a portion of their expenses along their journey of becoming such a great player. Just for comparison, in MtG they did this and also in more recent games likes Flesh and Blood they award money up from Nationals to the Worlds Level. At first I could not believe this, coming from a Yugioh background, but in FaB it is possible to win up to 100.000$ for becoming the World Champion but also a couple of houndred $ for lower level tournaments.

These cards have such amazing artwork and I'd love to have them for that alone. As much as I'd be tempted to say that the waifu queen would be my most-wanted, it would actually be either Ulevo or Xexex. Ulevo reminds me of how Yugioh used to be with egyptian-themed art, while Xexex looks like a brother to Demise or Garlandolf - 2 of my favourite cards.

      Firewing Pegasus - 1600
      Sengenjin Asian English - 1600
Sengenjin English - unknown, but very high. This was a participation promo at the Toys R Us video game tournament in the US and everyone that showed up to the store got one.
Kanan - 1600 given in Japan, but they were also given out at the Toys R Us video game tournaments in the US, so it's unkonwn. A guess is 3000 based on the number of Toys R Us stores at the time.
