This explanation is sort of dubious to me, you can’t really say wether stop loss are taken out or bullish or bearish trader entering the market at pressurized resistance or support. The truth is that the market could have made any contrary move to what this trader is attempting to to explain. The smart big money is controlling the flow of the market, yet it is an aggregate of those smart traders who makes decision based of the observed current flow and volume profile. Market goes in cycle goes up and down. Hesitate then decide. Best is to enter a wanna be trend and ride it along for higher profit that loss. Explaining the way he does is nonsensical imo. The average retail trader simply cannot tell what is what. And you don’t need to know either to be successful.
