I will suggest you that you can make a profile on LinkedIn where overseas jobs option are huge.. After applying for job if dubai employment will select you then they will do everything for you if you will be suitable.. You just need to attested your docs and apply for passport.. Actually my husband did this same and now we are in Dubai from one year.. Hope so it will be helpful for you.

Hello sir and ma'am..how is the working culture in UAE now? Me and my elder brother have worked in UAE. My brother for 18 years and me for 3 years . We have been highly abused and treated badly in UAE market. Like verbal abuse and being also insulted for our religion. Is the working culture still the same? Are passports still confiscated? Are bosses and managers still treat you like dogs and slaves? Do let us know as i might try for UAE one more time. But am afraid that I might get abused heavily. I went to oman for working 9 months back and was abused badly and also made to walk in the extreme heat in Oman without any travelling allowance. Am being an educated white collar worker was being treated like this. Would want the ground reality of UAE right now
