VoIP phone system has become popular among business, but with great competition among VoIP providers, it is difficult to choose the right one. This video is really helpful for businesses in this aspect.

Cost per user is shown, and not understood here. I am changing a small business from POTS to VOIP, and AT&T fiber internet + one phone number installed recently. I now realize I might prefer, say nextiva, to AT&T phone service. Cost from AT&T is understandable to anyone, because we pay roughly $30/month PER CO LINE. Central Office line = a phone number. Nextiva's cost estimates = $x/USER. Please explain. My friend's small business has a trusty PBX/KSU that converts 3 analog lines to digital handsets; i.e. we have roll-over for incoming calls, from primary number to secondary number, etc; PBX aka KSU converts 3 analog CO lines into about 20 private lines terminated by " digital" phones. I want to keep that PBX/KSU and the old phones.
Is the cost from nextiva going to be 3x $24.95, or 20x $24.95 ??

Hi John. To be totally transparent, if you are shopping directly, then I couldn't tell you what your price is going to be. If you're going through us whether it's 3 users or 20, it's going to be better than the approximate $25 / user you specified. Lastly, while this may only be temporary, I was sent a DIRECT email this past Friday from my contacts at Nextiva saying, "This just in: We will beat any competitors pricing until further notice". While pricing (with all providers) varies based on the amount of users you need and the features you require, our pricing is always significantly better since we refer so much volume. I hope that helps answer your question, but assuming you have not already engaged Nextiva directly for pricing/demo you are more than welcome to contact my team and I here: www.richtechnologygroup.com/contact-us.html

Hi there, thanks so much for your response. Your comment is partly correct, so I wanted to clarify. We have many customers that use Nextiva in Canada, so Nextiva does have service footprint and customer service for Canadian customers and also allows you to use or have a local Canadian number. BUT, to your point, the grey area is that Nextiva, at the time of this video/comment does not have the ability to convert CAD to USD in their billing systems, so at present the only way Canadian customers can signup for Nextiva is if they have a US based bank account strictly for the billing. YES, I know it's a bit complicated, but I wanted to clarify. HOPEFULLY in the near future Nextiva will possess the billing systems to bill Canadian customers directly in CAD.
