Very nice demo, thanks! It's awesome that you review and demo sweet guitars that you don't see in many channels here. Let alone I haven't heard many Firebird pickup demos. They are different from mini humbuckers in using a rail and not pole pieces in each coil. These pickups done clean, sound very nice, better than I'd expect. Clean and overdriven they sound a bit more like single coils than the mini humbuckers to me, though they are both bright sounding. The guitar looks awesome and the price is decent too. Good option!

Yea I had never tried Firebird pups either but I did like them. Especially that Middle on its own, and the Middle + Bridge combo. Really special there I felt.

I was thinking about these quite a while ago. I bought an Harmony but I like the "vintagy" sound of this one so I might sell and buy. For me it sounds in between a strat with Gibson "fullness" and between jazzmaster and non reverse firebird esthetics.
Thanks for the great demo - nice to actually hear the guitar with tasteful playing vs the Eastwood demos which are all “hot blues riff” jack-offs.

@@joeytheguitarplayer Pulled the trigger, got the Fuoco Burst with the Bigsby; haven't put it down, such a great guitar. I think I will put a treble bleed on the volume pot though.
When saying Firebird "style" does that mean that these are basically mini - humbuckers voiced like Firebirds?
