Individual Criminal Responsibility Explained and visualized in public international law in accordance with the International Criminal Court and the Rome statute, in terms of the ICC jurisdiction ( genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes ) and the subsidiary role of the ICC as the main jurisdiction remains with the local courts.
