This is funny because I burned out my ability to obsessively loop by traumatizing my brain into a burned out shell of man. My wife thinks I'm less crazy now because I'm not arguing with myself in the mirror when I think no one can hear me anymore, but she doesn't know how wrecked I am inside lolololll
Thank you. Today, the teacher want us to play murder mystery in the class. And then I got reminded of the past where I played that game in my old school and things didn’t go welll and was traumatic cuz I have to socialise with classmates to find clue. I found none cuz I didn’t want to socialise. Later I got the same mystery role just like last time. Coincidence? I got so paranoid. I then have a bad feeling that it’s gonna be the same like the past. And it did. I then doubt myself of being an intuitive (intp) cuz I can’t connect the dots to find the murderer. I kept overthinking and self doubt. Later when I calmed down, I used my Ti to reason that it’s cuz I didn’t want to socialise and cuz of that I can’t connect the dots and find the murderer. The Entp in my class and the infp already knew who it was with their Ne. My Ne wasn’t working cuz stress. I finally understood the situation.
Insightful information on these INTP Cognitive Function types! I stumbled upon your channel through the RUclips algorithm today. My MBTI channel does the same. Thanks for sharing! 🌟🌟🌟
I am the worst with analyzing the past in order to avoid mistakes the future. And luckily I have an ENFP in my life, but I don't want to rely him for my solutions so I need to figure out another way out of my stupid INTP loops.
I actually stopped dating guys for almost six years, because I have had so many bad experiences with guys. This also includes getting ghosted by a guy I really fell deeply in-love. People seem to not really understand how deeply an INTP falls in love, especially since they experience our Ti-Ne so often.
As a Male INTP - i stopped dating for simular reasons. I find that the loyalty that we give as a result of our play no games mindset, scares people in the modern day dating scene.
I think it would be an ESFJ. They have the same comparable functions that INTP and ENFP have. Their dominant (Fe) is INFJ’s second, their second is Si (which is the demon for INFJ, and ENFPs have the INTP’s demon as their second (Fi)), their tertiary function is Ne (ENFP’s third function is the extraverted version of the INTP’s dominant, so is the ESFJ to the INFJ), and the last is Ti (which ENFP’s have their last the same as the INTP’s third (Si)).
@@EricTheINTP Thank you. That crossed my mind as I was driving while listening to your video. I thought of ESFJ but anecdotally have never had much connection with them or help. Probably more from an ENFJ or ENFP for me too :) though ENTJs will pass me around to people, telling them what we have in common 😆
@@EricTheINTP Yes. I think that divide is one of the largest in cognitive functions (intuition - sensory). I would love an ISFJ around I could trust. One who isn't putting on a mask or pettiness. They are like a more laid back version of INFJs (in the work setting), which is has its pros & cons :)

This describes my life. Thank you so much!
Well, that's summed up my last 5 years.

Pretty much describes my last ten years.
Yep me too..
Yes!! I was that INTP whom played the electric guitar in high school!
August Burns Red. Hell Yeah!!!

@@caseylongley4099 That is the one thing that spot on about us INTP’s, that we are the most loyal of all the types other than the INFP and the INTJ.
What would the equivalent type be for an INFJ - like the ENFP for the INTP?
Our Ti is in our stress like the Si is for INTP

ISFJ is the INFJ’s relative when it comes to have Ti in the stress position. I just realized that it is interesting both are sensory types.
