Salmon is a fast go to dinner in my house. Baked salmon(with lemon pepper seasoning), frozen spinach and brown rice. Dinner done in 45 minutes or less!

I'm 3 minutes into the video and had to pause to say... I just finished The Frozen River and loved it! I ended up researching more about Martha Ballard. She's an amazing woman! And I see the razorback on the wall. I live in central AR, but I'll admit that I'm a transplant. I've been here for 15 years; so I'm not actually a die hard razorback fan.😬

I need to read the mistletoe book. My virtual book club is all about reading books about pet rescue and organizations that focus on animals helping people. I don’t recall that we have read one about support for anxiety.
