Mountain trail run - Imingfjellet, Uvdal, Norway - 1276 m.a.s.l. - Sunshine! - Summer - Treadmill

As per summer vacation tradition we (family) stayed at our cottage near Imingfjellet in Uvdal, Norway and I managed to cram in a nice morning run recording. Starting at 1070 m. above sea level (m.a.s.l.) I began the run by climbing 250 m., followed by a few km. of trails on the top (passing a small lake called 'Damtjern') and then going all the way down again on the other side. It's super quiet and not a single human in sight. Hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as I did!
Distance totals 7.15km (4.44 miles) at an avg. 6:19/km (10:17/mile) pace.
