I had 3 questions on an “Introducing Broker-Dealer” no clue what that was. But regardless I passed. Again thank you so much for all your amazing videos I have been telling everyone in my firm that is studying to check out your stuff.
Kudos on your first testing victory! I do cover an introducing broker in the SIE playlist. An introducing broker introduces their customers to a clearing firm.

“pre-refunding” and “advance refunding” are synonyms that refer to setting aside funds from selling new bonds to pay off an old or existing bond issue its call date. There is no testable difference. The test question is know that the bonds that were pre refunded or advance refunded will not mature. They will be called once they pass the call protection period and must be quoted on a yield to call basis. Check out my muni lecture. You will find the discussion there.

Based how many shares will be issued. You will not have to deal with it on your test.

Yes. If interest rates go down mortgages in the pool are more likely to be refinanced.

It is given information and the + 1 is because it is cum rights not ex rights.
