Henry, I've thrown so many of those leaky new fuel valves away that I use on push mowers from the jungle site. I recently bought some from Hipa , but haven't used them yet. The ones that I had that had the name Fastek on the red valve never leaked. 🤔 Glad you got the tractor fixed for Sean! 👏🇺🇲
More than likely the cheap fuel filter or shutoff having flakes from the factory in them. I had that happen recently. Thanks for the upload Henry. 😎😎🇺🇸🇺🇸
ASK HIM IF HE USED THE RED STABIL IN IT OVER THE STORAGE PERIOD AND IF HE DID HE MOST LIKELY PUT TOO MUCH IN AND WHEN THE WATER AND ETHENOL DROPPED OUT SO DID THE STABIL AND IT COLERED IT THAT PINK SHADE
If i remember correctly, the original video, the shut off was defective, I bet the red powder came from that valve. If this valve is defective also, it may be the source of the red powder also.

Installed a shutoff and ordered a new hipa carburetor.

That red powder stuff is from an old plastic gas can disintegrating. Have your friend check the gas cans the band is using to fill up the mower.

You had a chick inside the gas tank to make sure that red stuff isn't in there or take off the gas tank and clean it out
