Thank you for the review 🎥🎄
This is one of the secret projects I'm the most excited about! Glad to hear you liked it.
It’s definitely enjoyable as its own read :) have fun with it !
i've read 3 of the 4 secret projects. I only haven't read The Sunlit Man. These are the first Sanderson books I've read and I thought they were all quite good. I moved to Yumi next on your suggestion Kitty. Yumi so far was the slowest start but it introduced the strangest mysteries. By the end of it once everything is revealed this felt like the meatiest of the 3 books I read. It felt like he was saying alot about the stresses associated with fame and the reaction to artists by their fans. I am very familiar with all his inspirations noted in the postscript. What I felt was notable was that in retrospec they all make sense, but in the moment of reading the book It wasn't obvious which showed skilled. I agree the ending explaination felt rushed but knowing so little about Sanderson I assumed that was his formula since all three books I read kinda did that same thing. Though it was pronounced in this book since it was noticably more compressed toward the end. All that to say I really liked it. I plan to keep reading Sanderson. Any suggestion on where to go next.
Mistborn or Elantris or Warbreaker would be my recommendations for the next place to go with Sanderson. The first is a series and the next two are standalone for now. Good fun!
Thank you Kitty. I appreciate the work you put into the channel. I love your discussions. You definitely clued me into books I wouldn't have otherwise checked out.
I haven't read any Brandon Sanderson yet. I know you have a few reviews of his books on your backlog. Have you read any Katherine Rundell? Good review!👍👍👍📚🤖🚀
I haven’t actually but thanks for putting her on my radar!
