Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is the second entry in the Final Fantasy VII remake project, which retells the story of the genre-redefining RPG across three distinct games.

This is literally bs she got and yes I counted she got 32 swings in before they let me hit her once wtf 😒
i hate this mini game for that. What the point in giving us an ATB gauge to attack when you can only attack when the adversary want.
I thought my game bugged out honestly, I kept dodging over and over and was never given the option to hit her. Idk why they thought this was fun.
Even if I were good at this game, I’d still hate it
I had a blast watching Yuffie throw 700 punches, only for me to get one. Great job Square Enix
Shittiest minigame in the entire game it isn’t even close.
Timing is awful, it’s hard to even realize which direction stuff is coming from sometimes, and you are always on the defensive.
They get way more attempts to hit you than you hit them.
It’s bad design.
This is just a fact.
So it gets easier the more you practice just look at for the different sounds they make for different punches. Lower music etc if need be, performance mode etc and press pause if need be too.
Alot of these have sequences with yuffie going into berserk mode its, left, right, left, right, right.
But i guess by now everyone done it.

It's either up or down on both the left and right stick to dodge or block. Her telegraphs are pretty clear:
A long slow buildup is a "down" dodge.
The faster ones are the "up."
Her "ultimate combo" is:
L up
R up
L up
R up
R up.
She's actually surprisingly easy.
Edit: As suggested by a reply to this comment, I should mention that her ultimate combo swings are very fast, so be ready when she charges up.
comment should be pinned. only 'adjustment' you need to make is realizing how fast her 'wind-ups' seem when she gets pissed. i got this easily after reading this comment -- and it seems she only did 'fast' strikes when she's glowing (i could be wrong, devastated her on the 3rd or 4th attempt). thanks mate

I dodged her over 30 times before I got a shot I missed one then got a shot. Then she got another like 10 lol

Sorry to sound like a bad loser but this mini game difficulties a making the game so unpleasant , tifa and now this fight been stack on it for hours still can bit I really would like this items but been lock behind suck difficulty I’m one step to just put the game a way and not even finish the story . Just feels like wasting my time
Cause these mini games are absolute fucking trash.. this game as whole Is just padded shit.. they've butchered the legacy of the 97 version especially with the story changes that are absolute ass

@kingslayer2999 really? Ive really enjoyed Queens blood. I like it almost as much as triple triad.
3d brawler is annoying because I can't seem to see the difference in the attacks. They aren't visually much different
almost all of the mini-games in this game piss me off and it makes me want to prefer remake overall

While this mini game was kind of a letdown, this ones surprisingly easy compared to Shiva (and harder ones after her)
This would be more fun if it worked like actual Punch Out

I literally did everything PERFECTLY. MULTIPLE TIMES. Only for her to always win cuz her Limit charges faster than me cuz she hits me a million times and builds it up as I'm forced to "guard" sometimes. This is bullshit...

I don't understand the complaining about the minigames. You're not required to do, them, and the fact that they actually take skill is a good thing. Yeah, there's a lot, but there's a lot of everything in this game. Play how you want.
Yep, you didn't understand. Let's say I want the Ribbon accessory. What's the requirement? Beat Sephiroth in this crappy minigame.
Having a minigame that requires skill is one thing, but locking content behind a minigame that is absolutely broken is just poor game design.
And this game has so many horribly designed minigames

Yet another one of the mini games that brings this game down from an A rating to a C, between this trash Gongaga, Shinra Mansion, they somehow have managed to ruin an otherwise great RPG.
This, The Star Fox offbrand Space game, Queens Blood, Chocobo crap in cosmo canyon. Moogle crap, Almost everything, every mini-game in this game absolutely sucks. They should've just limited it like they did in Intergrade.
