- My first review coming away, HONDA CB HORNET 160R SPECIAL EDITION 2018 model. As lots of my friends keep asking me about this 2018 abs model. i have decided to make a video for them. Only CBS model was available that time. This is most likely to be a comparison video of the previous Honda Hornet 160R and the latest model. Although this bike still doesn't have a engine kill switch in it.

The Hornet still remains to be the best in the segment in terms of power in 150cc segment i meant when compared to Yamaha fz and Suzuki Gixxer. Sorry i dint mention it . The Apache RTR 4V gives 16.5 PS @ 8000 rpm which is at present top in this highly competitive 150cc segment bikes. (Correction)

Good review. Hornet is definitely a master piece when it comes to looks and mileage ( in 150cc segment). I own it's 2017 cbs variant. Below is my experience on mileage which I tested in various conditions.
Low traffic: 60kmpl
Moderate traffic: 55kmpl
Heavy traffic: 50kmpl
No traffic ( highways): 63kmpl
If you are a mileage looking guy like me, then I recommend you the Hornet 160r..

Hi Bro, I love Hornet but as of now they are not available in d market. I have checked many showroom in AP n Hyderabad but no stock and I am looking forward for BS6 release but not sure whether n when Honda will Launch the BS6 Hornet.
Or can we expect any other new variant from Honda as I'm seeing lot of videos that Honda will launch CBR150 Streetster Emotion and that is also not sure.

For 150 cc abs is too expensive. Still its life saving feature. You will apply only front brake on sudden. So ABS is enuf. Drum works well!
