    Wow, I am really looking forward to the series with JC's way of keeping it straight and simple instructions.

    Props make a huge difference for removing filters, I ran into that issue after removing all my filters and created a video on my channel. I had serious vibrations and motors getting hot with certain props while others were fine.

    I create 2 profile for PIDs with and without HD camera. This can also be switch in field with most OSDs I have used.

    @ 4:16 - Tune without a GoPro, adding 70g of weight shouldn't affect the tune too much but taking 70g off of a tune will most likely result in high P gain starting to show in flight.

    Much o helpful JC. Would or could you do a video on how to test components on a FC for repair.

    I spent hours PID tuning only to find out it was a vibration sensitive gyro that made it almost impossible to tune so be on the look out for that too.

    welp you know what I love these videos, and i watched your betaflight flight controller vids to verify my soldering. Maybe I'm just new, maybe naive but I have had no wobbles or any of that. sooooo .....?

    Thank you for this video and simplied version on PID tuning.
    Hey since you brought up Joshua Bardwell. I absolutely love his videos. But I'm interested on your take on capacitors. What is your experience with just using 1000 uF or using 340 uF on each ESC?

    • @ProjectBlueFalcon
      @ProjectBlueFalcon  7 лет назад

      The more the better, but personally I hate how much space they take up putting one on each ESC. I just use a 470uF or 1000uF right on the battery lead

    Viewer's request:
    Please cover PID tuning to compensate for a broken quad arm (for Matt) and also
    PID tuning with lens cap on vs. lens cap off (for Ray).

    Just a little question, some of the people that i meet flying, talks about infliight_calibration instead of airmode , i don't know what's better.
