    So slick. After watching your lesson about stuttering and extending rudiments, that first 4 and 2 part makes a lot more sense too - she’s stuttering the RL of RLLK and it really clicks.

      She started playing at the age of 5. Her father was a drummer. At 26 she started to study drums at a college, before she was a kindergarden teacher.

    Love chops WITH groove. That's Gadd, Vinnie, Chambers, etc. Chops without groove is redundant, a waste of listening time and boring AF unless purely as an exercise. These two drummers have chops and more importantly, a deep sense of groove, to spare.
