    ►Guitar: www.siccasguit...
Classical guitars are our passion! We are specialized in the highest quality concert guitars as well as historic guitars from around the world. Our passion for these unique instruments and the joy to give guitarists, passionate players, and collectors the possibility to purchase their own appropriate instrument is the motivation that drives us. Another focus is to work closely with established and young, largely unknown luthiers. Together we want to develop new ideas and share experiences with our customers.
We also recorded pieces for many great composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Astor Piazzolla and Isaac Albeniz (Asturias). You will also find almost all the classical music composers that wrote for the classical guitar. Make sure to discover Agustin Barrios Mangoré, Manuel Maria Ponce, Heitor Villa-Lobos and many more if you don't know their compositions already
You can find our show room in 76137 Karlsruhe, Roonstr. 31, Germany

    Fritz Ober 2013
Fritz Ober was born in Rosenheim in 1955 and learned to play the guitar at an early age. He built his first instruments in the 70’s based on guitar building books. Later he trained with the instrument maker Helmut Buchsteiner and initially focussed on the construction of lutes. According to his own statements, the skills he acquired were decisive for his current approach to guitar making, which was inspired above all by old masters such as Antonio de Torres and Hermann Hauser I. His workshop is located in Munich, not far from where Hermann Hauser I used to build his guitars.
The timeless design of this elegant A. de Torres inspired model sums up perfectly the qualities of the Spanish classical guitar at its best. Fluid lines and slightly smaller body-size are this model’s signature. This guitar has an exceptional set of CITES-certified Brazilian rosewood as well as the finest engraved Scheller tuners. Moreover, this light-weighted instrument has a beautiful low E body air-resonance frequency. Such a deep voice instantly carries away the guitarist in a sound dimension that one usually almost only finds with century old original instruments.
This guitar’s sound is graceful, subtle and magnificent. After having enjoyed the unique charm of the first string and the colossal deepness of the basses, the guitarist will be surprised by the sensitivity and sustain of the middle voices. Moreover, an ingenious balance and effortless playability make this guitar truly admirable as an ideal concert instrument.
