I just bought & it is locked up, cannot move the arms & the adjustment screw will not move & anymore effort will just strip it out completely. Going to do paperwork for a replacement.

So, What are the exact measurments,bracket that attaches to the door
? in inches frrom the bottom of the door to the location. I guesss my question is where do I attach the door bracket!!!!The rest is simple but the door is critical!

Hi Marc, AVENTOS HL can only be moved handle-free with SERVO-DRIVE. Alternatively, the front can also protrude so that a handle replacement is created by reaching behind the front.
