I started switching over to natural fabrics maybe 5+ years ago. Do I still have some synthetics, I do. But outside of my flannels, most everything else is alpaca, merino wool or possum wool. And...I do a lot less laundry than I used to...
Awesome! Its no problem to hold on to the synthetics you already have - keep them out of the landfill as long as you can! All of those other natural fibers you mentioned are good alternatives. We love alpaca obviously, but we would rather also see someone choose merino or possum or any other natural fiber over synthetics any day ! Thanks again for watching ....

Sorry to hear that Combatinho - that's not something we hear very often. We are a small company, and we handle all of our customer service in house. We do get behind from time to time - but we answer the emails. Please email customer service again, reference your youtube comment, and include your previous emails so we can determine how your emails were missed. Also, its best to email customer service directly rather than using social media direct messaging. Thanks much !
The Ugly Bags take a long time to sew - and we are adding capacity as we speak. The interesting thing is that they took off so quickly and it took us by surprise! Also - as we move farther into 2022, we'll be making a long version of the Ugly Bag. Thanks so much for your patience - we're making more - and even if the amount we're making is less than optimal, we'll be dropping inventory more consistently beginning in mid-February. Thanks !!
