@@ashleighox123 seemingly some astras come equipped with it while others dont ( ive tried it with someone else's and they did have it ) so the only sollution is either buy a cable like i did or a bluetooth adapter
@@arandomuser3098 what cable did you buy? My astra has the CD 400 and don't want to buy a whole kit when it probably just needs a Bluetooth cable

That means you have base version with no bluetooth in your car, they just have designed the console like that but bluetooth is optional.
A question does the bluetooth calling also work when the phone is connected via a aux-cable to the car so you can listen to music from your phone?

@@dary8287 go into stealership to retrofit BT module inside car, requires wiring+coding, or spare money and get NAVI 950 europe radio..its plug n play few screws, best navi, best screen, bt integrated...

No, just connect ur phone with bluetooth and double click AUX button. Then it switches from Calls to Music mode. Then just start music on ur phone. Hope this works for you.

No there isn't mine is the same you have to purchase a bluetooth adapter and plug into the aux. Forks fine though.

Some astras J’s (including mine) don’t have this Bluetooth pair feature.
The phone button is simply there just to simply mute the radio.

Make sure you are all connect like this man is explaining in the video then plug your iPhone charger in and click AUX it should work and start playing your music
@@Sarah-dz7xg no, the music doesnt play from phone unfortunately u need an adapter for it or connect aux but not possible wireless. my iphone 8 has no aux input btw so thats not possible

because not all cd400 or cd400+ have BT module installe in car, you can ask in stealership to fit it..it requires coding+wiring...altho you have microphones above your head, steering wheel buttons for calls, even PHONE button on radio itself, you're missing BT module therfor no bt settings are shown..regards...
